- Local calls only, LD service may not be available.
- Deposits may be held for 30 days.
- Phone charges/movie rentals charged to rental property will be deducted from deposit.
- Linens and beach towels are available upon request, however they must be clean, folded and in "renter ready" condition upon checkout. Therefore, most renters prefer to bring their own linens and take with on their departure.
- Laundry facilities are available in the nearby town of St. Johnsbury, approximately 15 minutes away.
- Pets accepted on individual basis. Non-refundable $50 pet deposit required.

- Dinner at the Creamery Restaurant in Danville for award-winning cuisine. Dining upstairs is a little more formal, and in The Pub downstairs, you can relax and unwind in a casual, rustic atmosphere and dine on upscale "pub-style" fare. One of our favorites!
- Local Farmer's Markets take place on Wednesdays in Danville and Saturdays in St. Johnsbury. Both run from 9 til 1
